We use a Scitex scanner that features an excellent depth of field.  What this means is that whereas some scanners may see four shades of black in an image, our scanner may see eight.  As a result, the subtleties of each color in the original are captured to a digital file.  This also means that the print you make from the file will be more faithful to the original.  This is particularly important when your original contains a proprietary or special color, such as the colors used in a logo.

Scans from this machine are ideal for anything from advertising brochures to large format prints.  Usually, we can scan an image to its final size right from the original.  As a result, you will not have to boost the scanned file's size in an image editing application, which can often times result in color shift or "pixelation"; where the image begins to break up as it is enlarged.

Pricing is determined by the size of the original, the size needed for the file and quantity of scans to be done.

We have three scanners that can accommodate originals up to 11 x 17" in size.  We provide scanned files from everything from pre-press to internet applications.
