About the Company |
||
Our "forte" was imaging slides from PowerPoint and Aldus Persuasion. We moved on to Harvard Graphics and Quark XPress soon after. Customers were always a bit perplexed when they found out that their precious Macintosh files were being "ripped" through an IBM computer. Back then, the Macintosh was THE graphics machine. Some would say that it still is.
After two years in business, we purchased our first wide format printer. We got used to four hour rips and dreaded PostScript errors. Gradually, we refined the process. In this area, we were one of if not the first company to offer wide format printing on both Macintosh and PC platforms.
Several years and a wealth of experience and equipment later, we are able to print up to 61.5" wide, laminate and mount to that width as well. We produce high-quality large format prints for trade shows, exhibits, museums and P.O.S. displays. We are proud to be a supplier for several major corporations and design houses in the Southeastern Wisconsin area. Additionally, we have worked with companies throughout the U.S. and Canada.
We still make computer-generated slides and we continue to offer scanning, although we now use a high-end Scitex flat bed scanner.
We have also branched off into custom photography and digital photo retouching/manipulation as well. We have restored damaged and discolored photos, removed or added family members and even put one person's head on another's body, and not for a joke!
